Golub & Co. has signed a 12,277-square-foot lease at RSM Plaza, a 415,824-square-foot workplace complicated in Minneapolis’ central enterprise district.

Transwestern Actual Property Providers labored on behalf of the owner, whereas IAG Industrial Actual Property represented the tenant, Meyer Borgman Johnson.

The structural design observe will relocate its company headquarters to the 20-story property, with a move-in scheduled for June this 12 months.

Situated at 801 Nicollet Mall, RSM Plaza was developed in phases between 1968 and 1971. The property consists of two workplace buildings often called the West and East Towers.

Twin Cities ends 2024 with inexpensive rents and low emptiness

Twin Cities posted the second-lowest common asking lease at $26.25 per sq. foot, beneath the nationwide common of $33.11 per sq. foot.
