HeyMax Debuts in Hong Kong, Partnering with Cathay to Drive Regional Growth

Loyalty and journey rewards platform HeyMax has made its first worldwide launch in Hong Kong, partnering with Cathay to attach extra customers and retailers throughout the area.

The Singapore-based firm stated the transfer helps its aim of constructing Asia’s main open loyalty ecosystem.

The enlargement follows its July acquisition of Hong Kong fintech agency krip and is a part of plans to quadruple its staff and strengthen regional partnerships.

HeyMax reported fivefold year-on-year income progress and an annualised income run charge of US$6 million as of Could.

It goals to succeed in a million customers and subject over two billion Max Miles throughout the area by the tip of 2026.

Hong Kong customers can now earn Max Miles by greater than 300 retailers together with Watsons, Journey.com, Klook, Starbucks, and foodpanda, and redeem them for flights, accommodations, and rewards from over 30 loyalty packages corresponding to Cathay, ALL Accor, and Qatar Airways.

Cathay members in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, together with Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam, can convert Max Miles into Asia Miles and redeem them for flights on Cathay Pacific, associate airways, and over 800 companions worldwide.

HeyMax’s FlyAnywhere function lets customers redeem Max Miles for any flight on any airline worldwide.

Customers can even earn miles when buying digital vouchers from native retailers corresponding to HKTVmall, 7-Eleven, JHC, and Starbucks.

The corporate is working with regional companions together with MoneyHero, Octopus, Preferrd, and Visa, that are integrating Max Miles into their rewards and buyer engagement packages.
