To regulate or to innovate the: fintech dilemma

to know what the group thinks.

Is regulation the enabler of innovation or does it maintain it again relating to fintech?

What's so fascinating to me is that these 2 choices are polar reverse and but it's nonetheless unclear which is extra true.
