The Swiss Monetary Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) has opened chapter proceedings in opposition to the fintech startup SWISS4.0 SA as a result of critical liquidity points and considerations over over-indebtedness.

Below the fintech licence, establishments might settle for public deposits of as much as 100 million Swiss francs or crypto-based belongings.
