Comic Kunal Kamra has as soon as once more taken a swipe at Ola founder and CEO Bhavish Aggarwal, this time over his newly launched ‘Kya Chal Raha Hai?’ initiative.

In a publish on X (previously Twitter), Kamra quipped:  “Bhavish Agarwal – Kya Chal Raha Hai?  Buyer – Aapki scooter nahi chal rahi  Bhavish Agarwal – Kya Chal Raha Hai?”

The initiative, introduced final week, requires Ola staff to ship a weekly work report back to Aggarwal and their managers, detailing their accomplished duties in 3-5 bullet factors. The directive, impressed by an identical system enforced by Elon Musk at X, units a strict Sunday deadline for submissions.

CNBC quoted Aggarwal’s inner message: “We’re beginning ‘Kya Chal Raha Hai?’ — a easy method to share your weekly updates straight with me and your managers… Everybody has to ship this, no exceptions.”

Kamra’s publish sparked a flurry of reactions, with many customers sharing their grievances about Ola scooters.

One person wrote, “@bhash I’ve a ₹4,000 Ola Plus Care plan, and @OlaElectric broken my scooter on the service heart. Additionally they refused to supply house service. Now I’ve to make use of tape and rubber to repair it. #OlaHyperService”

One other expressed frustration, “Bruhhh, I actually thought @bhash was a genius… Ola bikes actually suck. I’m pondering of discarding my Ola S1 Professional within the gutter.”

A 3rd person highlighted supply delays, wrote, “After reserving an Ola S1 third Gen, I haven’t obtained any replace in over a month. The supply date stays unchanged from the reserving day.”

This isn’t Kamra’s first run-in with Aggarwal. In October 2024, he had responded sarcastically to a publish by the Ola CEO showcasing the corporate’s gigafactory, by sharing a picture of Ola Electrical scooters seemingly awaiting repairs — hinting on the firm’s unresolved service points.

Kamra has constantly criticized Ola over its dealing with of buyer complaints, calling for extra transparency in addressing after-sales service considerations.

In the meantime, Ola Electrical is reportedly shedding over 1,000 staff throughout a number of departments, together with charging infrastructure, buyer relations, and procurement, in an effort to chop losses.
