Second-hand flats bought Tel Aviv and central area Ramat Gan: A 109 sq. meter, four-room, eleventh ground condo on Hadekalim Road within the Hagefen neighborhood was bought for NIS 4.6 million. A 106 sq. meter, 4.5-room, fourth ground condo with two parking areas on Evnei Hahoshen Road was bought for NIS 3 million. A 92 sq. meter, four-room, third ground condo with parking on Bialik Road within the metropolis heart was bought for NIS 2.95 million. A 39 sq. meter, 2.5-room, second ground condo on Rashi Road within the metropolis heart was bought for NIS 1.8 million.

Holon A 98 sq. meter, four-room, third ground condo with a 73 sq. meter roof space and parking on Menia and Israel Shochat Road in Neot Rachel was bought for NIS 3.15 million. A 84 sq. meter, four-room, fourth ground condo with parking on Tzfat Road in Kiryat Sharet West was bought for NIS 2.23 million. A 65 sq. meter, three-room, ninth ground condo on Heletz Road within the metropolis heart was bought for NIS 1.8 million. A 110 sq. meter, five-room, fourth ground condo with two parking areas on Haharazit Road was bought for NIS 4.2 million.

Modi’in Illit A 94 sq. meter, four-room, third ground condo on Iyun Hatalmud Road was bought for NIS 2.42 million. A 84 sq. meter, four-room, first ground condo on Ritba Road was bought for NIS 1.1 million. A ten sq. meter, seven-room, third ground condo on Netivot Hamishpat Road was bought for NIS 3.6 million.

Rehovot A 106 sq. meter, four-room, fourth ground condo in Azorim Rehovot was bought for NIS 2.2 million. A 123 sq. meter, four-room, third ground condo on Dr. Moskovitz Road was bought for NIS 1.95 million. A 130 sq. meter, five-room, second ground condo on Bielar Kalman Road with parking was bought for NIS 2.98 million.

Haifa and the north Akko:A 80 sq. meter, three-room, fifth ground condo on Haoren Road was bought for NIS 900,000. A 82 sq. meter, four-room, third ground condo with parking on Maaleh Hahorsha Road was bought for NIS 1.06 million. A 96 sq. meter, four-room, second ground condo with parking on Ramhal Road was bought for NIS 1.25 million.

Beersheva and the south Ashkelon:A 74 sq. meter, three-room, eighth ground condo with a 7 sq. meter balcony, elevator and parking however no safety room on Ayala Road within the Naot Ashkelon neighborhood was bought for NIS 1.18 million (Anglo-Saxon).
