Echo Actual Property Capital Inc. has acquired Rampart Medical Campus, a two-building, 71,000-square-foot property in Denver. Healthcare Realty Belief bought the asset with the help of CBRE. 

The property modified arms for $8.6 million, based on Denver Enterprise Journal, lower than half of what it bought for in 2019. Again then, the sale value was $18.9 million.

Rampart Medical Campus, up shut

Rampart Medical Campus is 4 miles east of downtown Denver, adjoining to the Lowry City Middle shopping center. Rose Medical Middle, the College of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and The Medical Middle of Aurora are inside a 5-mile radius.
