Echo Actual Property Capital Inc. has acquired Rampart Medical Campus, a two-building, 71,000-square-foot property in Denver. Healthcare Realty Belief bought the asset with the help of CBRE. 

The property modified arms for $8.6 million, based on Denver Enterprise Journal, lower than half of what it bought for in 2019. Again then, the sale value was $18.9 million.

The acquisition marked Echo’s return to Colorado, the place it beforehand owned health-care and retail properties. The agency’s portfolio additionally consists of Arizona, Indiana, Illinois and Massachusetts belongings.

Rampart Medical Campus, up shut
